Which is the best food at Union Trust?

The oysters Rockefeller, Kobe sliders, brisket and lamb chops were all good. The sliders, baby lamb chops and the buffalo chicken pastry were the best of the passed apps. The venue itself wasn’t bad.

Who are the staff at the Union Trust?

The Catering and staffing is managed by Finley Catering. I have no complaints about the staff they were all very personable and attentive. Chef Frank who prepared the brisket for the carving station was a standout. Christopher my bartender made the perfect Cosmopolitan. For the most part the food was good.
