Flowey is able to feel emotions. He had them since he woke up, and he exhibits them all throughout the game – fear, sadness, anger, and glee. What he lacks is the ability to feel love and compassion due to his soulless existence. The world had been cruel to Asriel.

Can Photoshop Flowey kill you?
